About the Author
Growing up on a farm in north-central Missouri, Paul learned to take farming lumps with humor. As a boy he “walked beans” and drove an “M” Farmall to cultivate corn. Cows were defeated by large families roaming pastures. Hay time meant picking up square bales and stacking them in a hot hay loft.
Times have changed. Hay is in big round bales now. Beans are sprayed, not “walked”, and corn is “Roundup Ready”. Cows are forced to surrender to speedy 4 wheelers. Paul has changed too. Recently married, he is building a house, and dragging… Um, showing “Honey Bunches” the ways of a farmer.
His hobbies include growing weeds in his garden, working strange hours, and cursing raccoons. Oh, he also writes a blog. hope you enjoy it.
